01. novembar 2016 How to receive software donation via the TechSoup Balkans platform?

Dear all, 
The Metamorphosis Foundation and Mozaik Foundation are partner organizations of the TechSoup Balkans software donation program for the following countries: 
    Macedonia
    Kosovo
    Albania
    Montenegro
    Serbia
    Bosnia and Herzegovina
    Croatia 
The TechSoup Balkans donation program offers vast array of software products (Microsoft, BitDefender, Symantec, Tableau) for nonprofits for free or paying administrative fee. (Please note that our page is translated in Macedonian, Albanian and Bosnian language, feel free to switch the language when opening the hyperlinks)

1.       In order to receive software donation via this platform, register by clicking here: https://www.techsoupbalkans.org/bcs/user/register.

This donation is available for nonprofits that have the status of Civil Association or Foundation registered in the Register of Associations and Unions in their country.
2.       After you are finished with the user registration (individual), please fill the registration form for your nonprofit or public library by clicking here: https://www.techsoupbalkans.org/bcs/civicrm/profile/create?reset=1.

How to fill out the TechSoup Balkans registration form:
    Select a country in the organization type section, and the organization type dropdown menu will be automatically filled.
    By clicking the + icon on some of the activities in the activity type section, you can see which are the most appropriate activities for you.
    Enter the data of your organization in the register your organization section, including the amount of the annual budget.
    In the Registered identifiers of the organization section, in the Source number A field, enter the single identification number of your organization. The Source number B field is optional, whereas in the VAT number field enter the organization’s taxpayer number.
    The directions for acceptance confirm that your organization does not exclude and does not discriminate.
    In the Additional information for your organization section, please enter the following information: How did you find out about TechSoup Balkans, then enter your organization’s mission, number of computers for your personnel, and in the documents section please enter the following:
    act of creation/registration
    statute of the civil association or foundation
If you don’t have these documents by your side while applying, you can later send them to  support@techsoupbalkans.org.

Note: You must fill all fields marked with an asterisk. Please select English language to successfully complete the registration at the TechSoup Balkans platform.
